This was another fun project we completed in south Minneapolis. Part of the reason we love James Hardie siding is the ability to recreate the existing look of old homes with a low maintenance produce. First we had to remove the old siding and trim that was covered with lead paint.
After a thorough wall inspection we installed James Hardie Dream Collection four inch exposure smooth lap siding. We also installed James Hardie soffit and fascia with crown molding on all of the eaves. The exterior was finished in a custom color.
