This house in St. Louis Park Minnesota, needed a color change and a little bit of cover in the front of the house. This portico is a great example of low cost way to add curb appeal and provide some shelter over your front door. The ceiling on this one has aluminum soffit and the posts are 8” James Hardie “Hardietrim”.
The siding was replaced with James Hardie Heathered Moss Lap Siding with Arctic White trim on the corners as well as the window trim.
