The white siding on this home in Eden Prairie, MN, was showing its wear and tear from the beating Minnesota weather can dish out. We worked with the homeowner to give this home a fresh start, giving it the immense façade lift it was desperately in need of. We changed up the color, still keeping it neutral and timeless, to the tried, true and weather-tested James HardiePlank siding in one of our favorite colors, Aged Pewter.
We urged the homeowners to play with texture to bring this home more curb appeal by adding details of shakes in the same Aged Pewter. We finished off this transformation by adding trim in the color Arctic White, along with adding gable details at the pitches of the roof.
This Eden Prairie exterior remodeling project started out very dull and dreary and in major need of our Minnesota siding experts. Now, it features clean lines, crisp accents and an overall welcoming appearance.
