This James Hardie exterior siding project in Lakeville, Minnesota, was a bit of an eyesore and in desperate need of an overhaul, including rehab of the existing stucco. Built to last and stand the test of Minnesota’s brutal climate, the façade of this home is a prime example of the natural choice to invest in James Hardie products.
It’s durable. It’s eco-friendly. It requires little to no maintenance. With this project, we worked with the homeowners to keep the existing sandy color. Hardie products offer a wide range of colors sure to fit any client’s vision for their home. We installed HardiePlank siding in the color Khaki Brown, along with added texture of shakes, also in Khaki Brown. Finally, we finished the project by upgrading the trim to James Hardie in the color Arctic White.
No longer a sight for sore eyes, this home will have a timeless look no matter the weather for years to come.
