Due to the beige, weather-ruined siding coupled with the teal dilapidated siding on this home and other outdated exterior house features, the homeowners reached out to us to step in to completely overhaul this property’s unfortunate appearance. The first step was removing the dysfunctional siding from the Maple Grove house and replacing it with sturdy, weather-resistant and low-maintenance James HardiePlank siding in the color Rich Espresso.
This was the home’s greatest need. The homeowners chose to elevate the look of the property even further by playing with unique textures. We worked with them to make the decision to add on details of shakes, also in the color Rich Espresso. Finally, it was time to bid adieu to the blue. We removed the weary siding and replaced it with the durable James Hardie siding in the color Cobblestone.
This home now stands to make neighbors, passersby, family and friends alike realize the true value of a complete refresh – this home looks nothing like its former self!
