We can’t believe the exterior remodeling transformation on this Mendota Heights, MN home ourselves! The homeowners were lucky to be working with great existing features, but their personal style boasted much more of a contemporary vibe.
They reached out to us to help their creative and imaginative wishes become a true reality. Excited about the prospect of creating their dream home for them, we jumped right in. We used our tried, true and tested James HardiePlank siding in the bold yet neutral color of Iron Gray, but we worked with the homeowner to break out of the mold of your everyday, standard siding placement pattern.
We mixed in areas of varying sizes to give this home the extra “wow” factor and even more of a contemporary feel. This, coupled with their overhaul of the garage, entryway, lighting and other exterior features, makes the home a unique yet timeless property that will certainly turn heads!
