This was a fun project! This 1940’s era South Minneapolis home needed a face lift. But first we had to carefully remove the lead-painted cedar shakes and inspect the substrate. Our customer decided on five inch exposure James Hardie cedarmill lap siding, with James Hardie half rounds in the gables. Some of the unique accents are the custom James Hardie shutters, a CCI special and the James Hardie bullnose band board trim. We also installed the James Hardie vented soffit and fascia system.
