The dilapidated gray siding of this home gave off an unwelcoming – and frankly, pretty eerie – vibe before our exterior experts took over the project. The colors were dull, the siding had seen better days, and the various features of the façade were not working well together at all. The value of this North Oaks home was not realized due to its unfulfilled potential. We stepped in to modernize the home and finally give it the welcoming features it so needed.
Our team collaborated with the homeowners to give it complementary design features and textures that actually work. We gave this home a bold new color of Deep Ocean. This color was utilized in the HardiePlank siding and areas of shakes detailing. In addition, we complemented part of the home with board and batten in a beautiful Aged Pewter color.
Finally, to complete the transformation from drab to welcoming, we installed beautiful accents of cultured stone. This refresher is one that needs to be seen to be believed.
